Vacant-property handoffs

Move-out &
move-in cleaning.

Property-specific cleaning for a rental transition—scoped around its current condition, access and next handoff.

02Move-out &
move-in

A different kind of handoff

When one occupancy ends,
the property sets the scope.

A move-out or rental transition may begin with an empty property, a partly cleared space or condition questions that need to be understood first. The request starts with those details—not with a universal checklist.

Start the estimate request
01

The property is between occupants

The space is being prepared for an owner, manager, resident or other next handoff.

02

Condition can change the work

Visible buildup, remaining contents and added requests should be described before acceptance.

03

The estimate defines the boundaries

Requested work, exclusions, access and timing are confirmed in writing before scheduling.

Before a decision

Show us the property
as it is now.

The estimate request is not an automatic booking. Useful information helps determine what can be responsibly included, what needs clarification and what will be reviewed during the required walkthrough.

01. Transition status
Tell us whether the property is empty, partly cleared or still being moved out.
02. Size and condition
Share the general layout and describe visible buildup, damage concerns or remaining items.
03. Access and timing
Explain how access would be coordinated and when the next handoff is requested.
04. Added requests
Call out appliance interiors, carpet concerns, garage, exterior areas or other needs rather than assuming they are included.

Clarity over assumptions

Some needs belong in
the written conversation.

01

Carpet work

Machine carpet cleaning is included only when requested and written into the quote.

02

Condition limits

Hazardous-material and biohazard work are not offered. Other unusual conditions require separate clarification during the walkthrough.

03

Expanded areas

Appliance interiors, garage, exterior or patio work, trash handling and other added needs should be stated explicitly.

04

Outcome and capacity

No deposit outcome, same-day completion or multi-property capacity is promised through the request form.

Request to scheduling

Three steps before
the calendar.

A requested date is context, not a confirmed appointment. Scheduling follows only after the property-specific written estimate is reviewed and accepted.

  1. 01

    Send the property brief

Select move-out and move-in cleaning, then describe the transition, layout, condition, access, priorities and requested timing.

  2. 02

    Schedule the walkthrough

Every job receives a walkthrough so the current condition, requested work, access, and exclusions can be reviewed.

  3. 03

    Review the written estimate

Scope, exclusions and timing must be agreed before the job is placed on the schedule.

Prepared for what follows

A cleaner transition,
defined property by property.

The service is positioned around the requested rental handoff—not a promise that every condition, surface or added task fits one fixed package.

“Start with the condition in front of us. Define the work before we commit to the handoff.”
