Newly built or renovated interiors

Post-construction
cleaning.

Property-specific cleaning for a newly built or recently renovated interior, with trade status, surface conditions, access and requested handoff confirmed before scheduling.

03Post-construction
cleaning

Before cleaning begins

The build stage matters
as much as the rooms.

A post-construction cleaning request can arrive while work is still active, after trades have left, or just before an owner or manager walkthrough. The estimate starts by identifying the actual stage and what remains onsite.

Start the estimate request
01

Is trade work complete?

Share whether contractors are finished or whether work, touch-ups or deliveries are still expected.

02

What remains onsite?

Identify loose materials, packaging, equipment or other items instead of assuming removal is included.

03

What is the next handoff?

Explain whether the requested cleaning supports an owner, manager, resident or other property review.

Show the current condition

New does not mean
one standard scope.

Dust level, protective materials, labels, adhesive, paint concerns and the completion status of fixtures or finishes can change what should be reviewed before work is accepted.

01. Rooms and surfaces
Identify the rooms involved and the finished surfaces that require review.
02. Dust and residue
Describe visible fine dust, adhesive, paint or other residue concerns without assuming specialized removal.
03. Protective materials
Call out film, labels, masking or coverings that remain and who is responsible for removal.
04. Access and utilities
Confirm safe access and whether water, power, lighting and completed fixtures are available.
05. Requested timing
Share the desired handoff window. A requested date remains subject to scope and availability confirmation.

Written-scope boundaries

The cleaning scope does not make
every site task included.

The written estimate must separate accepted cleaning from work that requires another provider, added review or a different process.

01

Debris and trade materials

Construction debris hauling, bulk-material removal and trade cleanup are not assumed.

02

Hazardous conditions

Hazardous-material handling, biohazard conditions and unsafe access are not represented as accepted services.

03

Specialized floor work

Floor restoration is not offered. Machine carpet cleaning is included only when requested and written into the quote.

04

Exterior and unfinished work

Exterior areas, active construction zones and unfinished trade corrections require explicit clarification.

Request to scheduling

Three confirmations
before the calendar.

Every job receives a walkthrough before the property-specific written estimate is prepared.

  1. 01

    Share the property details

Describe the layout, construction status, current condition, remaining materials, access, and requested timing.

  2. 02

    Schedule the walkthrough

Review the construction stage, interior surfaces, requested cleaning, access, and exclusions at the property.

  3. 03

    Review the written estimate

Only the accepted scope, limits and timing move forward to scheduling.

Final-phase conversation

A clearer property review,
not a construction sign-off.

The service supports an agreed cleaning handoff. It does not certify construction quality, complete a trade inspection or promise that every mark, material or condition can be addressed.

“Show us the stage, surfaces and remaining conditions. The written scope defines what comes next.”

And what still remains.
